The search engines notice when many different IP addresses are starting to visit a website and as a result your website gets indexed absolutely free and this is a good thing.
Yes, it is awesome but it takes work because in order for others to view your website you will have to view their website and different Traffic Exchanges vary on the credits they give you for each website you view but the ones I like give you a view for a view which I think is fair.
Does this kind of traffic convert into sales one might ask and I have to say ABSOLUTELY because it has for me, but I don't really count on sales from Traffic Exchanges because for the most part Traffic Exchanges simply provide you a place to exchange traffic with other members of this website which is where the name comes from. I normally use Traffic Exchanges to break in a new website or blog, get it indexed for free then start my real campaign after monetizing my blog or website.
How they work is simple as well, once you are a member you will login to your account and find your back office where you will find a surf button that you will simply click on, a page will come up that will show for anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 seconds then it will automatically move to the next page or ask you to click a number or letter in order to move to the next page which will start to rack up credits for your own website which by the way will never be shown to you.
There a few tricks lots of people use to get more credits and what that is simple as well, you open more than one tab while surfing and you surf several pages at once and you get multiple credits per page surf. Some take it to extreme and open groups of tabs and surf 20 to 30 pages at once and in no time have thousands of credits for their website. They do this every few days and get a steady flow of traffic to their websites and of course it is always anumbers game.
